fonts-sil-nuosusil software package provides Unicode font for Yi (a script used in southwestern China), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-sil-nuosusil
fonts-sil-nuosusil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-sil-nuosusil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-sil-nuosusil *
You will get with fonts-sil-nuosusil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
